1. Applicability
|
- Alle The present general
terms and conditions, as they stand at the time of a transaction, shall apply
to all contracts, prices, conditions of delivery and all other business
relations between the HZ Music Publishing Company and its customers.

2. Services and Delivery
|
- The costs of services
and deliveries are subject to change and shall not be binding before conclusion
of contract.
- Contracts shall be concluded by written confirmation of orders, or, at the
latest, through delivery of ordered goods to a customer.
- Musical scores and CD recordings can be ordered directly from the HZ Music
Publishing Company or, within Germany, through retail music dealers.

3. Prices and Conditions of
Payment
|
- In addition to the
listed prices of our products, postal and packing fees shall be paid by the
customer. The current rate is € 2,50 for orders within Germany and € 4,00 for other countries, unless shipping costs exceed this
amount.
- Full payment to the account listed in the invoice is due within 14 days after
delivery. Only pre-paid deliveries can be made to countries other than the
Federal Republic of Germany.

4. Distributors
|
- Retailers are bound by
the listed prices of our products and are prohibited from raising or lowering
them.
- Our policy is in accordance with German laws which regulate the prices of
books.

5. Reservation of Ownership
|
- Until delivered goods
have been paid in full, they shall remain the property of HZ Music Publishing
Company.

6. Final Provisions
|
- These
General Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic
of Germany, to the exclusion of the CISG (United Nations Convention on
Contracts for the International Sale of Goods).
- The place of performance and venue is Berlin, Germany.
- The nullity of any of the provisions herein shall affect neither the validity
of the Agreement as such nor the validity of these General Terms and
Conditions.

7. Copyright
|
- Customers expressly
agree to refrain from making copies of musical scores and recordings of the HZ Music Publishing Company.
- Our policy is in accordance with
international copyright law.
